We want to first thank you for ordering with us! We are a family owned and operated business. We work with a wide variety of designers and artist to bring you the best possible quality items. From print quality to detail oriented, screen accurate diorama pieces. Some models, especially larger pieces, will require sanding, primer, and assembly. Models are not painted unless specified when ordered. All items are made to order and are made in the order recieved.
Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday. We use the US Postal service. Tracking numbers are sent when item ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Problems with defects or misprints will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us ASAP if you have an issue.
All STL files are used with permission or are publicly available. All painted items are done by hand and each one will vary slightly.
